Hi there and welcome! 😊 In this video, we will explain to you what is radio input element.

radio input element is type of HTML input element that we use to create radio buttons. Radio buttons are type of buttons that allow us to select just one of available options that we have. So, when we click on one option all other available options will be unchecked.
To get this type of functionality (uncheck all other options when we click one one) we need to set the same name for all buttons that belong to one radio button group.
➡️ name="radioButtonGroup"

radio button can be easily created, we just need to set type value radio, for standard input element and set same name attribute, as we said, for all buttons that belong to the same radio button group.
➡️ type="radio" name="radioButtonGroup"

Optionally for radio buttons we can use checked HTML attribute to define which radio button from radio button group will be initially selected.
➡️ checked
