Hi Everyone!

Today I will be demonstrating how to make a very simple & delicious recipe! My Banana Bread Cookies! They are cakey, moist and very easy to make. This is a perfect way to use up bananas that are over ripe. Simply Delicious!

Recipe:

2 cups flour

1/2 cup softened butter at room temperature

1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

1/3 cup sugar

1/3 cup brown sugar

1 egg + 1 egg yolk

2 mashed ripe bananas

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
