TfL staff member assaults disabled passenger and commits criminal damage, all because she objected to being recorded.

The disabled passenger was instructed to leave the station and threatened with the police by TfL staff, because he was travelling with his foldable e-bike. TfL staff stated regarding e-bikes "they are not allowed as they have a battery".

Foldable e-bikes are allowed at any time on the entire TfL network.

The disabled passenger remained calm (but became understandably frustrated with TfL staff after he was physically assaulted and his property damaged). It was the TfL staff member who assaulted the disabled passenger escalated the entire situation.

All the disabled passenger wanted was proof that e-bikes were not allowed. TfL staff were unable to provide proof, but were instead trying to gaslight the disabled passenger. He recorded because he wanted evidence that TfL staff were unlawfully refusing him travel (he had already been travelling, but changed trains at Green Park, which is where TfL staff unlawfully instructed him to leave the station), and were discriminating against him as a disabled person.
