1) Drop Alcohol Ink Pearl onto paper, add a little blending solution and blow outward using alcohol ink blower tool. Repeat the process all the way around as if you’re forming the petals of a flower leaving some space in the very center of the flower.
2) Add another color and repeat the process.
3) For top layer of petals, drop some Alcohol ink Pearl, then add Snow Cap on top, then a little Blending Solution and blow out as before.
4) Drop Snow Cap in a small palette. Then use a micro applicator tool to add details in the center.

Tips:
Experiment with how much Snow Cap and/or Blending Solution you’re using and see how it changes the transparency of the petals.
