Mojo Story's Nazia reports from Chalisgaon, a rural area in Maharashtra's Aurangabad district that's worst hit by flash floods after an incident of cloud burst in the area. Near a dargah which is situated here, over hundred settlements have been washed away in the floods. People residing in these hutments have nothing left now- no food to eat, no clothes to wear and no shelter on their heads. Everything has been taken away by devastating floods. Although the officials warned the locals about the possibility of heavy floods, they chose not to vacate their land. They say all their documents, savings and materials of their local businesses, everything was taken away with the flow of water.
