A Racing On Ice Sequel: Vitaly after being beaten by Lightning McQueen last year is now seeking revenge on him and also wants to take McQueens home from him. So he seeks help of Francisco Bernoulli to beat McQueen but, the races is being held at Francisco’s Home territory. So it’s up to McQueen and The Radiator Spring Townies to beat Francisco and Vitaly from taking over the town.
