Welcome to a new series in which I am going to be playing Fallout 3 and mostly ignoring quests and focusing on exploration with a ruleset to reflect this! I will be trying to collect every skill book possible in the game while following the rules below. Ideally, without dying but that may be wishful thinking. (A death counter will keep track of this if I should die)

No Doctors except for curing addiction (Stimpaks must be dropped each time, increasing by one with each use - Currently: 0)
