Ingredients:

Steaks:
Ribeye (about 1” thick, New York Strip would work well too!)
Flakey Kosher Salt
Black Pepper
2 tbsp butter per steak
2 cloves of garlic per steak
3-4 sprigs of fresh thyme per steak
3-4 sprigs of fresh rosemary per steak

Pan Sauce:
1 minced shallot
2 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp butter
½ cup beef broth
1 cup dry red wine (cabernet)

Misc:
3lb bag of baby potatoes
1 head of cauliflower
1 large zuchinni
