Pirelli Diablo Rosso IV - 4 road test

Bike is GSX-R 750
At first I put the pressures on the "recommended" 2.5 2.9, first impressions are very stable and precise tire. With sudden changes of direction it's not that fast but you can't do both. With this one, they definitely went for stability. At a considerable incline, I guarantee that the hands can be removed from the steering wheel without any consequences.
The grip, at these pressures, the tire withstands a good incline without any problems, but when I start to play with the throttle in a middle of a corner, it makes you know that you are overdoing it by slightly widening the trajectory.
Later I lowered the pressures to roughly 2.2 2.4 and then that’s a whole other story. Much more grip and much more tolerant of “overdoing”. I ended up driving one of the faster rides on that section and I really have no complaints. This widening of the trajectory and the slight swaying of the tire now occur on higher inclines and more throttle.
Another big plus of tires is on bad city asphalt. I don't drive around the city much, but it holds surprisingly well on the glassy streets of my city.
