Targeted Interior Air Seal (TIAS) from PROSOCO quickly air-seals building envelopes from the interior of a building, after the exterior sheathing and before interior drywall or paneling is installed. Ideal for negative-side air control situations and for new construction OR existing construction, TIAS helps owners and contractors achieve the same performance and continuity of air control expected from an exterior air-sealing application. This water-based sealant can be applied from a variety of equipment types, including bulk guns, airless sprayers, or sprayers with a caulk tip.

TIAS can be installed “around all through-wall penetrations and along joints and seams that separate conditioned from non-conditioned spaces where air leakage is most likely to occur.
