Hi there! Welcome to Homazooma, where you can build wealth around your house. The thing is, what exactly does that mean? Well I think you're probably already doing it. If you've had a home, own a home, bought a home, sold a home for profit, you're already building wealth around your house, but that's just kind of only one way of doing it. You may have done home improvements, if you've ever been to a garage sale or held your own garage sale or sold something in the local paper or sold something online, you rented a basement or lent stuff to your friends and maybe never got back. If you have a hobby, you see, there are hundreds of ways that you can take advantage of your home and your skills, to build wealth around your house. Now all we did was just put the whole thing together for you and we built the whole pile of tools to make it easy for you to see, what your net worth is today, and what your net worth could be in five ten or whatever number of years you choose, to become financially independent, and thing is you can do it. Now, none of the tools on the site are what you would think of as new, there are millions of people already doing all of these things and you're probably one of them, its just never been really packaged for you, so that's what we did, is we put it all into a nice package for you so you can do it. Now we built over 50 tools and we'll be rolling out more tools over time so we just started with sort of the 50 that are really, really common. We also created SkillShare. Now when you show the world, when you're good at something, and how you do it, you become the expert. So, SkillShare is a place where you can do a couple of videos, you could take some pictures, you can upload some instructions on how to do stuff and even upload some files, so whether you're showing how to bake cookies or how to become a blacksmith or carpentry or you name it or how to play chess, people will see what you know what you're talking about and you know how to do it. That way you become the go to guy and go and see exactly how the stuff is done. Now that also help you build wealth around your house because let's say you have a hobby and you are a carpenter or you collect stamps invariably because you have a hobby, you know a lot more than you think but when it comes time to sell and to take advantage of your hobby as an example, you can put it up on Shout. Now Shout is our online marketing machine for you, that really focuses on homeowners and others building wealth around their house. So it's not general want ad system, it's a micro-environment for people that are focused on building wealth around their house, doing all kinds of stuff. Now we've got lots of videos in there, on how all this stuff works including you know the whole thing about business plans and profit and you know how do I setup and how do I do this and all those things so we've got a whole series of videos that we're constantly adding to, and hopefully it'll answer most of your questions, if it doesn't answer some of your questions sent us a line and we'll probably do a video just for you.
