How to make a Strawberry Gin Fizz

Gin seems to be the most popular base for a fizz and there are also a multitude of variations such as silver, golden and royal fizz which are with egg white, egg yolk and whole egg (respectively).
I wanted to test out a recipe that is essentially a Strawberry Silver Gin Fizz with the addition of dry vermouth and bitters.

Here is, the Strawberry Gin Fizz.

INGREDIENTS
* 45mL Aviation Gin (http://bit.ly/1Le7bJm)
* 20mL Maidenii Dry Vermouth (http://bit.ly/1NWXMvZ)
* 20mL Lemon Juice
* 15mL Sugar Syrup
* Angostura Bitters
* 4-5 Strawberries
* Egg White
* Soda

DIRECTIONS
1. Dry shake the egg white
2. Muddle the strawberries in a Boston glass
3. Add the egg white to the Boston glass
4. Add the Aviation gin, Maidenii dry vermouth, lemon juice, sugar syrup & dash of bitters
5. Shake & strain over fresh ice into a hi-ball glass
6. Top with a dash of soda
7. Garnish with a strawberry
