লবনের প্যাকেট ব্যবহার করে খুব সহজে বানিয়ে ফেললাম বুন্দি লাড্ডু || Boondi Laddu Recipe
Ingredients:
1. Gram flour: 1.5 cup
2. Orange food colour: 4-5 drops
3. Water: as required
4. Sunflower oil: ½ lt.
5. Melon seeds: 3-4 tspn
6. Cardamom powder: ½ tspn
7. Ghee: 2-3 tspn
8. Sugar: 1.5 cup
9. Plastic packet: 1 pc
10. Lemon juice: little amount
Procedure:
1. Take 1.5 cup gram flour and strained it.
2. Then add 2 drops of food colour in it.
3. Then make a running smooth batter with gram flour using water.
4. Prepare the salt packet as boondi jhara.
5. Then fry melon seeds and keep aside.
6. Then made deep fried boondies using salt packet and gram flour batter in hot oil.
7. Then make sugar syrup using sugar and water.
8. Add lemon juice in syrup and add all boondies gradually.
9. Stir all the things for a while.
10. Then sugar syrup was absorbed by all boondies.
11. Add melon seeds, cardamom powder and ghee in the boondi mixture and keep aside for some times.
12. Then make the laddu using boondi mixture and decorate with chopped pistachios.
13. Finally, laddus are ready to serve.
