HASATSAN H 1800, H 130, H 2200 (Hazelnut News, Harvesting Technologies From Hasatsan)

H 2200 is built to harvest product in any geographic condition with vacuuming system, it needs minimum 45 hp tractor to work properly. It can clean up the product and put the loaded ones in the sack % 98, which we called husking. It can harvest around two to three tonnes a day. Also if you use one vacuum use you can collect at 70 to 80 meters very easily and it can work in any kind of sloping landscape (if you can climb there H 2200 can harvest there) and in between vacuuming harvesters this model is the world best seller machine..

H 1800 is most useful in flat or low pitched fields, it has been developed for compact product harvesting with its twin fan system. Machine can be run with minimum 35hp tractors. Depending on the leveling, cleaning of the garden and performans of the workers, it can harvest around 20 to 40 decare a day.

H 130 is similar to H 1800 model, 130 cm width for tight gardens but it has own engine and doesn’t skin the product. It is most useful in flat or low pitched fields, it has been developed for harvesting hazelnuts, walnut and chestnut etc. H 130 is build for the farmers which doesn’t have a tractor. Usage of the machine is very easy, simple and handy, depending on the leveling, cleaning of the garden and performance of the workers, it can harvest around 15 to 20 decare a day. It is a patented product of our factory.

H 2200, her türlü arazide fındık hasadı yapabilmesi için geliştirilmiş vakum sistemli hasat makinesidir. %100 patoz özelliği mevcuttur. 45 hp ve üzeri traktör ile çalışabilmektedir. Bahçenin temizlik, bakım ve çalışanların performansına göre günde 2 ila 3 ton arasında fındık hasadını rahatlıkla yapabilmektedir. Her türlü eğimli arazide dahi tek hortum ile 70 – 80 metre mesafeden vakum yapmak sureti ile fındık, ceviz, kestane, badem, zeytin, macademya fındığı, pikan cevizi, kahve ve jojoba gibi sert yada kabuklu ürünlerin hasadını yapmaktadır.

H 1800 Double Blower Hasatsan makinemiz, düz veya az eğimli arazilerde fındık, ceviz gibi ürünlerin yoğun olduğu bahçelerin hasadı için geliştirilmiştir. 35hp ve üzeri traktör ile çalıştırılabilmektedir. Arazinin yapısı çalışanların performansı bahçenin temizliğine göre günde
20 ila 40 dönüm arasında hasat yapabilmektedir. Tane yapma özelliği bulunmamaktadır. Makinenin tam performans ile çalışabilmesi için arazinin tesviye temizliğinin yapılmış olması
gereklidir.

Düz veya az eğimli araziler için tasarlanmış modelimizdir. H 1800 modelimizin kendinden motorlu 130 cm genişliğindeki çeşidimizdir. Traktörü olmayan çiftçilerimiz için geliştirilmiştir.
Patoz yapma özelliği bulunmamaktadır. Kullanımı çok sade ve kolaydır, arazinin durumuna göre günde 15-20 dönüm bahçede fındık ve fındık benzeri ürünlerin hasadını gerçekleştirebilir. Makinenin tam performans ile çalışabilmesi için arazinin tesviye temizliğinin yapılmış olması gereklidir. Hasatsan firmamızın patentli ürünüdür.
