Here’s a quick overview of the entire recipe:

Ingredients:

1. Chicken Breast Fillet (Boneless) – 200 g
2. Fresh Cream – 2 tbsp
3. Green Chilli Paste – 1 tsp
4. Ginger- Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
5. Black Pepper Powder – ½ tsp
6. Salt as per taste
7. Cheese – 1 cup (grated) / 2 Cubes Grated
8. Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp
9. Chopped Green Chilli – 2-3pc
10. Butter / Refined Oil – 2 tbsp (for frying)
11. Cheese (grated) – For topping

Cooking Instruction:

1. At first, slice the chicken breasts thinly using a sharp knife.
2. Now with the help of a rolling pin, pound the chicken without tearing the slices
3. Then in a bowl, take 2 tbsp Fresh Cream, ½ tsp of Garlic paste, ½ tsp of Ginger paste, ½ tsp of Green Chilli Paste, ½ tsp of Black Pepper Powder and some salt to taste. Mix all the ingredients properly.
4. Start applying this marination to the chicken slices using a brush or your fingers.
5. Then leave it aside for at least 10 minutes.
6. After the rest, take the marinated chicken slices one by one, add some grated cheese and chopped green chillies in the middle and then roll the chicken slice and secure it using a tooth pick.
7. Now, in a pan or tawa add 2 tbsp of oil or butter, add the pieces and cook for 2 – 3 minutes.
8. Then flip the chicken to cook the other side. At this point remove the tooth pick and add some more grated cheese and a teaspoon of Chilli Flakes from the top.
9. Cover the pan and let it cook for 10 - 15 minutes.
10. Remember to keep the flame low for we don’t want the chicken or the cheese to just burn away! Let the chicken cook in its own juice.
11. That’s it! Our Chicken Dilkhush Kebabs are ready to serve!
