Dahmer (2002) Trailer

Long before he joined the Marvel Cinematic Universe as Hawkeye, an up-and-coming Jeremy Renner, still early in his career, portrayed the notorious American cannibal serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer in director David Jacobson's film DAHMER (2002).

The film alternates between the time the murders were committed (changing the names of the victims) and Dahmer's past childhood struggling with the strange urges that would eventually manifest themselves into a macabre reign of terror, murder, mutilation and cannibalism.

Renner makes a compelling and convincing Dahmer, portraying him as a human being who also happened to also be a real-life monster, and showing the acting chops that would lead to future Hollywood stardom. Also starring Bruce Davison (WILLARD, LORDS OF SALEM, PEARL) as Dahmer's father.
