The Best Eggless Tiramisu Recipe | Tiramisu without alcohol

Tiramisu (which means "pick me up" or "cheer me up") is an Italian dessert made out of savoiardi (ladyfingers/spongefingers) biscuits dipped in coffee and layered with delicately sweetened cream.

This recipe is eggless in the sense that there are no raw eggs used in the dessert, however for those with egg allergies, please look for savoiardi (ladysfinger) biscuits that contain no eggs either.

Recipe:
To make the coffee:
1 cup water
2 tablespoons instant coffee or espresso powder

To make the layers:
75-85 grams caster sugar
200 grams whipping cream
250 grams mascarpone cheese
20-24 savoiardi biscuits
