The 4 principles are

1. You have to believe in in them. You should believe that, every single kid can achieve greater results regardless where he/she is coming from, whether poor or rich, muslim or christian or what community, caste. Also they should know them that you believe in them deeply and truly. A great teacher has high expectations of their students and encourages everyone to always work at their best level.

2. Once you believe you set your goals to your students which is measurable meaningful and ambitious. Like if students are poor in English, you should set goals like our students should be fluent in English at the end of this year. May be weak in science, sports, weak in reading, self confidence, general knowledge etc.

3. Once you set the goal to you and your students, you have to make sure that, the goal given to your student become the everyday priority of the student and their family and also you. You need to invest in their life. If he is good in sports or English or poet, you need to support them to work extra time and if needed, you need to convince their parents too. At least one or two days they have to work extra or may be the time when you and students are free.

4. You have to plan purposefully & carefully from the objectives, goals you have defined. You have create an efficient path for them to success. Say if you want to teach speaking english, you need to plan accordingly like from one by one slowly and review their improvement. To do that you have to you and your student have to work hard. It is possible with just working for just more than 20 hours per week, sometime much more than 20 hours per week.

And this is what happening in corporate companies. Believe the employees, set goals for them, you make the goals as their everyday priority and finally to achieve their goals, plan it accordingly. Then finally you employees will be a great leader one day. And, it is not like much more to do with humor authority respect mastering the content for the classes. Of course teaching is do with all these, but take teaching as leadership and you will get outstanding effect. It not that simple and easy to apply those 4 principles, you may fail in it so many times. Sometime you may become very frustrated that your students will not have much motivation. But you remember the principles. Always believe in them that they can succeed. True leadership lies in getting other success.if you do these things, you will feel their success, you can feel your success too.

Thus teacher will become the best leaders in the world and it is actually true too.
