RESEP SOSIS AYAM KUAH KECAP MANIS GURIH

BAHAN :
1/2 ekor ayam (2 paha ayam)
Sosis secukupnya
1 sdt- 1 sdm margarine
Jeruk nipis, garam, merica bubuk, 1 siung bawang putih

2-3 Siung bawang putih
1 cm jahe
Air secukupnya
5-6 sdm Kecap manis
1 sdm saus tiram
1 sdt - 1 sdm minyak wijen
Kecap ikan (optional)
1-2 sdm saus tomat
Saus sambal jika suka
Merica bubuk, gula pasir, garam jika diperlukan
Bawang bombay

INGREDIENT :
1/2 chicken (2 chicken thighs)
Sausage to taste
1 tsp- 1 tbsp margarine
Lime, salt, pepper powder, 1 clove of garlic

2-3 cloves of garlic
1 cm ginger
Enough water
5-6 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp - 1 tbsp sesame oil
Fish sauce (optional)
1-2 tbsp tomato sauce
Chili sauce if you like
Pepper powder, sugar, salt if needed
