After several months of detailed discussions, CIMC MBS was successfully awarded the contact with IHG group, providing a 204-bedroom modular hotel. Situated within walking distance of ExCel London (Exhibition Centre London), the hotel is an ideal base for exploring one of the most famous international exhibition and convention centres.

This is the first project financially funded by CIMC Capital. In order to ensure the quality to have prototype signed off by Hotel chain prior to mass manufacture.
