With the weather slowly turning to fall and the colder months i held onto this footage for just this occasion.

i will be taking a trail walk around the Dorchester Ontario Mill Pond and will be investagate into a common sense of the area i have had.

Permitted Activities: Hiking, dogs-on-leash, fishing, picnicking, canoeing, boating (electric motors only). All other activities prohibited.
Facilities: Small parking lot, canoe access (informal, no dock), picnic tables, portable privies

Trails: 3.3 km loop foot trail
The main attraction of the site is the 3.3 km nature trail that loops around the Mill Pond, providing views of the pond and the native Carolinian forest. There is a boardwalk at the south end of the pond that gets you up close to the marsh habitat as well as a lookout structure on the east side of the pond. The south end of the trail is on land owned by Thames Centre. Privies are provided close to the dam.
