Another great walk during the weekend when everyone in the city are enjoying their freedom. And I thought I might document it.

You will experience the busy and chill streets of the Latinerkvarter where one of the oldest streets are placed called: Graven.
The street has its name after the word moat in danish since there used to be many moats around the city and has roots back to the Viking Age.

Møllestien is also a very old street that can be traced back to 1200's by name, but might be even older. The name means: Mill path - and dates back to the 1600's where the Aarhus Mill used to be.

Vor Frue Kirke is one of the oldest stone churches in the north and a part of it dates all the way back to 1060. It has changed names a couple of times and purpose many times. It was used as a monastery in the 1200's by monks and has therefore named the small square next to it: klostertorvet (monastery square).
