People who tell out-of-network or cash chiros or PTs that they should go in-network is a …

HORRENDOUS IDEA.

Here’s why.

When you’re a doctor & you sign a contract that dictates, “I will treat patients exactly the way you want me to”…

How do you know that an insurance company spends its time & effort learning how to fix the hardest of pain cases?

Do they even know what the best pain doctors are actually doing?

Medicare & Medicaid is governmental insurance.

Did you know that they WILL NOT reimburse a chiropractor unless they adjust a person’s joints?

And that means that @barefootrehab will get paid exactly ZERO dollars because we never adjust.

There’s NO incentive for an in-network doctor to improve their skill set if they just have to follow the rules.

You know why we insist that our patients go to at least 3 docs (preferably in-network) or therapists?

Because we need people to SEE FOR THEMSELVES what cookie 🍪 cutter care looks like. 💩

We need you to get pissed off at the system enough that you take responsibility in your own hands & actually get yourself out of pain.

It’s funny to me when patients get pissed at us (not their health insurance).

I have a home worth $500k — why wouldn’t you talk to the companies with hundreds of millions or billions of dollars who can really do something about it?

This is why PTs like @dannymattapt & @aaronlebauer who train other PTs to get out of the 💩 health insurance system & go cash are actually helping people who are suffering in pain way more than health insurance companies.

All the health insurance companies are doing is making people victims & keeping a dog collar around their necks.

I’d rather you take the power back & think intelligently so democratic politicians don’t say things like, “Humans are stupid & we have to make decisions for them.”

Humans are brilliant, powerful, & SOVEREIGN and good luck convincing us otherwise.
