These Sweet Chili Heat Chicken Wings brought the perfect mix of smoky, sweet, and spicy flavor to the charcoal grill! 🔥🍗

For this cook, I started with a pack of ‪@Compliments_CA‬ chicken wings from ‪@sobeys‬ —they're a great choice when you want something easy to work with and full of meaty goodness.

I fired up the ‪@NapoleonProducts‬ charcoal grill with ‪@Kingsford‬ briquettes and added some hickory wood chunks from Furtado Farms to infuse that bold, classic BBQ smoke. Hickory and wings? Always a winning combo.

To season, I used Sassy Chicken rub by The Royal Nova Company—a local blend that adds just the right kick of flavour and spice without overpowering the chicken. If you haven’t tried their rubs yet, definitely worth checking out.

Once the wings were grilled to crispy perfection, I tossed them in Aroy-D Sweet Chili Sauce to finish. The sticky, sweet heat from the sauce paired with the hickory smoke and savoury rub made these wings absolutely unreal.
