The Palmer House Hotel in Sauk Centre, MN is rumored to be haunted.

The hotel was built in 1901 after the Sauk Centre Hotel burned down and was one of the first businesses outside of the Minneapolis/St. Paul area to have running water and electricity. The Palmer House is on the National Register of Historic Places.

Ghosts are rumored to linger, attracting thrill seekers and paranormal enthusiasts from around the world.

The hotel hosts special ticketed events in October with special tours of the hotel, including its infamous basement.
