Steps to fix your device.
1. Remove the 4 bottom cover screws
2. Slowly pry off the back cover
3. Unplug the back cover from the motherboard
4. Remove the ribbons connected to the motherboard
5. Unscrew and remove the motherboard
6. Remove the battery carefully with a plastic pry tool
7. Install the new battery
8. Put the unit back together
