Exploring an Underground River - Manchester UK

Welcome back to another video with me CurbexUK & in the episode we are going exploring an underground river in Manchester, the river in question is the river Medlock. I got my waders on and grabbed my camera and set off in search of an interesting feature this particular underground river culvert has. I was searching for a stairway that is right at the end of the culvert, its a very strange setting and very bizarre place but I imagine it is some sort of drainage system for the above civilisation. I also tell you a little information about a flooding which caused the buried deceased to float down the medlock into the city centre. I hope you enjoy this urban exploration of one of Manchesters historic rivers.
