Salt is a new-build performance catamaran that was commenced in 2014 and completed during the pandemic lockdowns. Constructed with meticulous attention to detail, Salt features a rotating carbon mast and boom as well as carbon daggerboards, front beam and other weight-saving features that culminate in a lightweight version of this renowned design.

The catamaran has a flat panel build with good access into each hull from the saloon. Two large dropdown windows in the front saloon, a huge aft sliding door and a generous galley window delivers excellent airflow throughout the saloon for tropical cruising.

Accommodation comprises two good-sized aft cabins with queen berths and a double cabin in the bow. There is also additional accommodation facilities in the saloon for extra guests or crew when required.

30hp Yanmar motors are stowed in well-insulated engine compartments and feature prop shafts for simplicity on windless days while affording an approximate range of 600Nm for extended cruising.
