Every one of us will need leverage to succeed. Leverage is made up of 3 key ingredients known as P-S-T. People, Systems and Tools.
P-S-T
 People - who will do it?
 Systems - how will they do it?
 Tools - what will they do it with?

Leadership
When you hear about companies that are succeeding and others that are failing make no mistake about it, companies do not succeed or fail, people do.

By aligning yourself with good talent, you can go much further. Still, at the head of every great company is great leadership. You have to be an outstanding leader.

No person in history has ever personified in better detail what true leadership looks like than Jesus Christ. Jesus demonstrated that a true leader is first a servant.

If you haven’t already, over time you will definitely come to understand how being a leader means being a servant. Your job is to train and equip. Once you have the right people in place, and they are trained and equipped, your role will primarily be to share with them the vision and hand them the ball. Then you will provide them with support and hold them accountable.

Here is the Jesus Method:
1) Teach and Train your people well.
2) Send them out to learn and fail in the real world.
3) Hold them accountable.

Steps 1-3 are continually repeated and throughout the entire time you are sharing with them your long term vision and providing your people with all the support they need to succeed. As they take the reins and move the ball forward, you become their servant.

Your people are on the front lines of the battlefield. You are back at base command overseeing the mission. Your primary concern is to find out what your people need and serve it up to them.
