How to unlock all secret characters in Super Mario Party. These characters include, Pom Pom, Dry Bones, Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong. This video features many characters from the Super Mario Bros. Movie.

Donkey Kong gets unlocked by completing 3 paths of the River Survival. Pom Pom is unlocked by completing world 5 of Challenge Road. Diddy Kong is unlocked by completing world 2 of Challenge Road and Dry Bones just randomly appears from time to time after playing the game. Once they appear, just talk to them and they will unlock.
