Kindness Rocks, Happy Stones, Gratitude Rocks - call them what you will. These small painted pebbles which you hide in plain sight to be discovered, are a way of brightening up someones day with a gentle message or a splash of colour. Groups exist all over the world to share a little such act of kindness. It's a craft open to all ages - great to do with children, older folk or with friends over a glass of wine. You do not need to be able to paint or draw to make beautiful pebbles.

Join me as I share 15 simple designs which will get you going. I will show you how to prepare the rocks, put a base layer on, blend the background and then add details and finally varnish them.

The designs are simple, fast but effective. Of course you can do a great work of art on a rock, but this concentrates on small and quick ideas to get you going. I'm in the middle of a project to paint 100 to give out at our village show, so speed is of the essence for me.
