There are a lot of great mods for Skyrim. But for me, installing mods is difficult and I personally love vanilla Skyrim so much that I don't want to install any mods.

To change the camera in Skyrim, go to "Documents".
Select the "My Games" folder. From there you should see a folder named "Skyrim" or "Skyrim Special Edition".
Open the folder and you should see a file named "Skyrim.ini"
Edit "Skyrim.ini" with Notepad.


*Copy and paste the lines below at the end of "Skyrim.ini"

[Camera]
fOverShoulderPosX=30
fOverShoulderPosZ=-10
fOverShoulderCombatAddY=0
fOverShoulderCombatPosX=30
fOverShoulderCombatPosZ=-10



*If you want the same camera setting as in my video, use this setting.

[Camera]
fOverShoulderPosX=60
fOverShoulderPosZ=-20
fOverShoulderCombatAddY=0
fOverShoulderCombatPosX=60
fOverShoulderCombatPosZ=-20



Descriptions of each are as follows:

fOverShoulderPosX sets the the camera position along the x-axis (to the right or to the left) in relation to the player character.

Default is 30.

fOverShoulderPosZ sets the the camera height in relation to the player character.
Default is -10.

fOverShoulderCombatAddY sets the amount of zoom while in combat mode.
Default is -100.

fOverShoulderCombatPosX sets the the camera position along the x-axis (to the right or to the left) in relation to the player character while in combat mode.
Default is 0.

fOverShoulderCombatPosX sets the the camera height in relation to the player character while in combat mode.
Default is 20.
