Shiv Sena [UBT] Member of Parliament in the Rajya Sabha Priyanka Chaturvedi speaks on Nagpur and how it was declared a smart city by the central govt. Chaturvedi said that out of the total allocated funds for Nagpur, mere 15% of the funds have been utilized.
