Easy to adjust
This is the first time that I have ever used hand paddles. I was a little apprehensive about using them. I had narrowed it down to three different brands/types and settled on this pair. My palm is 3 inches across and the length of my palm from wrist to tip of index finger is 6.75 inches. I bought the small and they are just right for me.
I swam with these paddles today. They were easy to adjust. I did not use the wrist strap; I used only the strap for the index finger. They worked really well and provided extra resistance. I look forward to using them regularly to help improve my freestyle stroke.
