SEBI has now further tightened the noose on the NSE Co-location Case. SEBI has now sent out a notice to NSE's former boss, Ravi Narain on the failure of payment of penalties imposed on him. Meanwhile, Ravi Narain is reported to have fled the country and has been last reported to be staying in London. SEBI notice could now move to attach his properties and freeze his bank accounts on failure of payments of penalties.
