And I got a 100% match rating!
How did I do it?
WELL, I'd run a sim with them 2 matches BEFORE this, it also got 100% rating; then I took the Seed # that got generated and used that for the next 2 matches, and got 100% ratings for both the previous one AND this one, even though I changed a couple things.
1st match was 175% Speed with a different BGM and 10-Count KO turned on.
2nd match was 150% Speed, with the same BGM.
This match was 150% Speed, but with a different BGM as the previous 2 matches AND 10-Count KO was turned off.

As you might be able to infer, despite using the same Seed RNG #, even 1 single change in a match setting will result in a different match being outputted.

So what does this mean? WELL, it means that one could possibly run a series of matches using a single Seed RNG # (doable using Carlzilla's Mod Suite) and make an entire show out of it, with the possibility of ALL those matches sharing the same rating!
