Anatomy of development or embryology of the face. This is an animated lecture on various stages, and processes of the development of the face, nose, and eyes. upper and lower lips, nasal cavities, and palates. It highlighted all the clinical correlates of the development of the face such as harelip, lower lip cleft, oblique facial clefts, bifid nose, transverse facial clefts, macrostomia, microstomia, hypertelorism, first arch syndrome, cleft palates, etc. The development of the face from the neural crest cell-derived mesenchymes were considered. The facial processes such as the frontonasal process, maxillary process, and mandibular process were considered in line with their derivatives on the face. Lens placode, nasal placode, and medial and nasal processes were cleared and explained.
