Join me Spence Crosby In this anime workout video. It's time we train like one of the most powerful characters in the Dragon Ball universe, Broly. Today we will be training like the legendary super saiyan Broly! In this anime workout we will be going through a variety of different exercises that I think Broly would do using just his bodyweight. This Dragon Ball Super Broly training routine will focus on building crazy strength, muscle, speed and explosive power.

Broly is one of the strongest characters in the entire dragon ball universe. Born to Paragus on planet Vegeta, Broly as an infant had astronomical power. Which made King Vegeta the ruler of plant Vegeta, feel unease and envious of Brody’s incredible power. Which then led them to being ostracized from their home and left to die on the far away planet called Vampa. However, this move by King Vegeta fueled Paragus’s anger and hatred.

With Broly’s amazing power, Paragus now strongly desired to make Broly stronger and help him control this incredible power. And someday return to there home to destroy King Vegeta.
Fast forwarding in time, Broly was now a young adult that possessed phenomenal power. Having been trained by his father and adapting to the harsh conditions of the planet they were on. The time was right to now demonstrate this amazing power. They were recruited by the villainous Frieza to become part of the team and destroy now Prince Vegeta.

This led to Broly fighting Goku and Vegeta on planet Earth. Initially, the fight between these three kept relatively close but Broly’s continued growth in power seemingly gave him to the edge. Especially, when he the deceitful Frieza notified Broly of his fathers death. In which he had invoked.

This led Broly into an immense rage which then be tap into this legendary super saiyan power. With this new power, he pummeled Frieza and others. It took Vegeta and Goku to fuse into Gogeta to defeat Broly. This is why Broly is pound for pound one of the most strongest characters in the entire Dragon Ball universe. Broly has immense strength, power, speed and fighting capabilities. Which makes him the ideal saiyan warrior.

So today, we will be training like the legendary super saiyan Broly to improve our strength, speed, explosiveness and build some solid muscle.
