Part 1 | A WEEK of CAPOEIRA training with Mestre Papa-Leguas |

I promised a SPECIAL episode and here it is!

Together with 12 people from around the world (literally!) we're gathering in Liverpool at Mestre Parente's Capoeira CDO North West academy for 1 week long training / Capoeira camp / Capoeira Seminar with Mestre Papa-Leguas.

I think I have never trained, or even more accurately, studied - so intensively. 10 hours a day of training all aspects of Capoeira - Instruments, Handstand / Bananeira, Strength, Flexibility and of course Capoeira game.

It's been EPIC... but also epically exhausting :D
