Pokemon Go- Do 94 super-effective charge moves at gym battle in 20 minutes for promoting trainer level 42 to 43 task(3x speed)(6/12/20)

In this video, I used Mega Charizard Y,Shadow Mewtwo & Togekiss to attack a gym in order to solve a task to do 200 super-effective charge moves for promoting my big major account from trainer level 42 to 43.

There're 3 tasks need to be done for promoting trainer level 42 to level 43(in addition to XP requirement)
Earn 100000 Stardust
Use 200 supereffective Charged Attacks
Catch 5 Legendary Pokémon

I can only do around 80 super-effective Charged Attacks in 5 Kyurem raids, and it solved the task "Catch 5 Legendary Pokémon".
For remaining 120 super-effective Charged Attacks, I finished by attacking gyms and team rocket, and mostly by attacking gym.
I think 200 supereffective Charged Attacks can be done quite quickly by attaching gym if the gym has people to defense.
