This is the vegetable slaughterhouse, better known as The Butcher’s Daughter.

Today we’re visiting their West Hollywood location, which makes better for you versions of the food you already know and love.

For example, I tried to order a Coke, and they had Olipop instead, which tastes great too.

Once we placed our order, we couldn’t help but admire the scenery, and how the bar resembles a greenhouse with all the open windows and trailing plants.

Then our food arrived. I ordered The Imposter, which is an impossible smash burger, and a side of house-made chips while Lexi got the Pappardelle Bolognese.

Don’t get me wrong both were appetizing and delectable. However, the imposter burger just wasn’t as filling as a normal burger would’ve been. So I hoped the side of chips would finish the job, but there just weren’t enough to justify the $22 price tag.

The food was great, and if you’re vegan, or vegetarian, I’d recommend checking it out. However, I just wish the servings were a little bit bigger.
