Описание к видео Who is the Company Applicant for the Corporate Transparency Act?

For the Corporate Transparency Act, the Company Applicant is an individual who is responsible for the creation of a reporting company through the filing of formation documents, and the individual who directly submits the formation documents.

Here are the people it could be.
1. Any individual who files the document creating a domestic Reporting Company with a secretary of state or a similar office under the law of a State or Indian Tribe.
2. Any individual who registers a foreign Reporting Company to do business in the United States by the filing of a document with the secretary of state or a similar office under the laws of a State or Indian Tribe.
3. Any individual who “directs or controls” the filing of such documents by another individual.
This only applies to Reporting Companies formed after December 31, 2023.
