So now this period (#kanda sashti pooja) is fasting time for the people on #lord muruga. #Lord Muruga’s devotees will prepare #prasadam like #thinai payasam, #thinai pongal, especially in #thinai. #Thinai or #foxtail millet has lots of benefits too. So not only for the #prasadam and also for the health benefits, we can prepare food in #Thinai. I have explained the health benefits in this video.
Ingredients for #Foxtail millet ladoo:
1. Foxtail millet - 1 cup
2. Ghee - 1 tbspn
3. Honey - 2 ½ tbspn
4. Cardamom - 4 nos
5. Cashew nuts - as required
