Redefining Power Fundamentals of Pathfinder 2E Optimization

I have had many an argument where I say something is more reliable, and then someone disagrees with me, and then after several comments it turns out they and I were using two entirely different meanings of "reliable".

So now, I will settle ONCE AND FOR ALL, that these are the one and only correct definitions of these words.

Or well, really, this video is to let you know what I mean when I use these words. It is important to have a baseline so we know what I mean when I say things!
