Onyx Moto / 2015 Yamaha R1 / Graves Exhaust Sound Clip

For 2015, Yamaha reinvented the YZF-R1 with an all-new engine, plus an incredible array of electronics lifted from the MotoGP racetracks. Buried in the R1 is a six-axis Inertial Measurement Unit that gives the traction control, slide control, anti-wheelie control, quickshifter, launch control, and linked ABS all a better idea of exactly what the bike is doing while they are doing their fully adjustable jobs.

This bike has been through our service department and passed an 89 pt. reconditioning & inspection process. Some of the points include a oil & filter change, flush and bleed of all brake/clutch fluids, inspection of all wear items, an electrical & charging system test, safety & lighting check, adjustment of controls, torque check of major fasteners, a diagnostic check with a scanner, and of course a test ride to check for proper operation of the bike. Our techs also installed a new chain, and mounted and balanced a new set of tires.

This R1 was brought to us by a local rider with some nice aftermarket goodies including a Graves slip-on mated with an Akrapovic Link Decat
 mid-pipe, providing more power and increased toque.
