THE REAL BAHAMIAN CRAB N' RICE | BAHAMIAN COOKING
Ingredients
6 Crabs (cleaned and scald)
4 to 5 cups Rice
5 cups Water
Salt (seasoned to taste)
2 potspoons Oil
1/2 med. Onion
1 Celery Stalk
2 Garlic Cloves
Red Pepper Flakes or black pepper (to taste)
1 Tbsp. Thyme
*Allow the water to dry out from the pot before stirring rice. Reduce the temperature to low, cover the pot and allow the steam to finish cook the rice for about 5 minutes or so. Enjoy!
