So i finally managed to beat Monsoon without taking damage, First time playing through the game i had to learn him from scratch. But i have made a guide for anybody trying to get this achievements or just fighting him in general this will contain spoilers for the boss fight .

Do not attempt to parry only when he is attacking you he attacks from weird angles and from places you would not expect, unless you are VERY good at it the best bet is to just mash X and the way he is facing for most of the fight (parrying). But if you see him but his hands up into the air immediately press A+X and the Left control stick away from him to dodge out of the way, when he does this he throws smoke bombs which take like 1.5% damage from you. If you are looking just to beat him don't bother dodging it but if you are going for the achievement you must dodge this.

Once he is at 70% health he will start throwing cars and helicopters at you just go into blade mode and cut them when he throws them, it's pretty easy first he throws 1 and then 2, but then he pulls out a new trick he lands and basically becomes invincible until you throw a em grenade at him do this as quickly as possible to avoid any attacks from him. after you throw the grenade run up to him and go into blade mode. You have to hit him in the head and if you don't hit him the first time it will start to move around and be much harder to hit, if you take to long you have to throw another grenade.

Then it's basically the first part again until he has 50% health then he throws more cars, 3 of them then 4 of them. and repeats everything he did after he threw the cars last time. Once hes at 30% health he changes it up again he will throw a giant wheel of broken cars and other things, and explosives fly put of it and it's very dangerous. That is unless you know that you can parry the giant thing (took me forever to figure this out), just mash X and forward until you parry's it twice then you go into blade mode and cut it up.

He will then change it up once again he will stay on the other side of the battlefield and his arms will reach out across the map and start fighting you, and then he still send his legs after you to try and kick you, again mash the parry buttons. After his legs attack you his body will drift towards you from the side he will not attack you for at least 3 or 4 seconds this gives you enough time to throw another EM grenade and blade mode his head.

Then once hes down to 20% he will throw more cars 4 and then 5 use the same strategies as before. Then comes the hardest part of the fight he will be invincible again and he will start turning into a storm of body parts and charge you 3 or 4 times in a row he has very few opening at this point of the fight, the best time is fight after he is finished his 3 or 4 body part storm charges you will about 2 seconds to turn around and chuck a EM grenade at him. But no blade mode this time he just instantly goes back to his non-invincible form and fight you the way he always has. once he is at 10% health he makes another giant wheel of cars, again same strategy as before.

Up until this point there is not a single checkpoint, this is one and only checkpoint in the entire fight. He will pick up a giant pillar and throw it at you, but it's just a pretty easy QTE. If you screw it up oh well there was a checkpoint it's like a 20 second QTE so don't worry, And then you finally cut him to pieces.

I am sorry this is so long but this fight is very long and very difficult, especially not getting hit once . It can be a nightmare if you are not prepared (like i was). He attacks very fast and multiple times, each attack only does like 2% damage but if are going for no damage he a VERY annoying boss.
