Best Gathering Combo is Queen Jindeok + Shimazu.
You can get more gathering speed from refining the champion equipment (Helmet & Leg Armor). But i do not recommend you do gathering speed refining before you do refines for your attack and defense general gear. Leave gathering speed refines for last.
