Ingredients-

½ cup whole wheat flour/gehun ka atta (60 grams)
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
¼ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon baking powder
pinch of salt
1 tablespoon icing sugar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoon unsalted butter, room temperature (40 grams) if using salted butter, skip adding pinch of salt
½ teaspoon vanilla essence
2 tablespoon chocolate chips + few more as a topping on cookies
milk only if required to combine the dough
