Sanctuary Hills - PART THREE - a cozy and realistic fallout 4 settlement build! (no mods)

Sanctuary Hills PART THREE! This is the final part of our Sanctuary Hills build and includes a full tour of everything we've built here! Let's fight with the size limit as we build out a lovely little diner, finally find Dogmeat, build a town hall inspired by old New England congregational churches, decorate a kitschy little hotel (with a continental breakfast, of course), and of course, get attacked by a mongrel or two.
